Overview
Oylz Terminal Sharjah — operating under Oylz Terminal FZE — is a modern, fully compliant petroleum storage and logistics terminal located within the Hamriyah Free Zone Authority (HFZA), Sharjah, United Arab Emirates. The terminal is developed and operated as a joint venture between Oylz Group and ABC Group, combining Oylz’s operational expertise and energy sector networks with ABC Group’s established regional presence and infrastructure capabilities.
The terminal is designed as a strategic hub for refined petroleum products across the Northern Emirates, offering integrated facilities for bulk storage, blending, quality testing, and multi-modal distribution via marine vessel, pipeline, and truck. Positioned within one of the UAE’s most active free zones, the Hamriyah terminal offers clients a compelling combination of competitive free zone economics, deep-water maritime access, and proximity to Sharjah’s established industrial and trade ecosystem.
Phase 1 of the development delivers 61,200 cubic meters of compliant storage capacity across a 10,000 square meter site footprint, with expansion phases planned to significantly increase total capacity in line with market demand. All infrastructure is designed and operated in strict compliance with NFPA, UAE Civil Defense, and Environmental and HSE regulations.

The terminal features a multi-berth marine facility with simultaneous loading and unloading capability across both the Main Harbor and Inner Harbor of Hamriyah Port. Vessel connections are equipped with pneumatic pigging facilities to ensure clean product changeovers and prevent cross-contamination. The marine infrastructure supports a range of vessel sizes, from coastal barges to medium-range tankers, delivering flexibility for regional and international cargo movements.

Four simultaneous truck bays enable high-throughput vehicle operations, each controlled via a centralized batch loading control system. RFID identification, automated flow metering, and digital dispatch records ensure fast, accurate, and fully auditable truck operations. Weighbridge custody transfer systems are integrated for precise commercial measurement.
Blending & Additive Dosing
A dedicated in-tank blending system with separate blending lines enables clients to produce customized product grades within the terminal. Additive dosing capabilities support fuel specification compliance for domestic and export markets. Quality control testing is conducted on-site through a product testing laboratory.
Tank Automation
All storage tanks are equipped with Automatic Tank Gauging (ATG) systems and remote temperature monitoring, providing real-time inventory data accessible from the Central Control Room (CCR). All pumps are PLC-operated from the CCR. Higher-rate inter-tank transfer capability enables flexible product management and rapid reconfiguration for changing client requirements.

Oylz TerminalHamriyah operates on a fully digital terminal management system, delivering real-time monitoring and control across all operational parameters.
