Oylz Fuel Bunkering is Oylz Group’s specialist marine fuel supply division, delivering bunker fuel services to commercial vessels, offshore support vessels, and maritime operators at UAE ports. Operating in partnership with a UAE government port authority, Oylz Bunkering holds a licensed, port-integrated bunker supply concession that enables compliant, rapid, and competitively priced bunkering operations within the Port’s jurisdiction.
The marine bunkering sector is one of the most technically demanding segments of the petroleum downstream — requiring MARPOL-compliant product quality, precise bunker quantity measurement, stringent safety management during ship-to-ship or jetty-to-ship transfer operations, and 24/7 availability to service vessels on tight port rotation schedules. Service Delivery Model
Alongside & Jetty Bunkering
For vessels berthed at port, Oylz Bunkering operates licensed bunker barges and shore-based pipeline connections to deliver fuel directly to the vessel manifold. Shore-to-ship pipeline operations at dedicated bunker berths offer the fastest possible delivery rates, minimizing vessel port time and maximizing schedule adherence for tight-rotation vessels.
Anchorage (Ship-to-Ship) Bunkering
For vessels at anchorage or unable to enter port, Oylz Bunkering operates licensed bunker barge services, delivering fuel via STS (ship-to-ship) transfer at the anchorage. All STS operations are conducted in accordance with the OCIMF/ICS Ship-to-Ship Transfer Guide and relevant MARPOL conventions.
Offshore Supply
Oylz Bunkering provides scheduled and on-demand fuel supply to offshore platforms, FPSOs, and offshore support vessel fleets operating in UAE and Gulf waters. Supply logistics are coordinated with the client’s offshore scheduling team to align deliveries with platform consumption cycles and vessel rotation schedules.
